First Class. The Doctors are great caring and follow up on my care. Never had a problem getting an appointment. I wish I would have moved here years ago. Probably would not be so ill now. Thank you for the amazing support since I have come to the practice and the lovely staff at the reception.

Most of doctors are very nice and friendly. The only problem is help desk people. There is one guy always stays on his mobile. Took 15 minutes to just print one thing, he doesn't have time apart from his mobile. I could write his name in here but I do respect his job and he should do the same to others.

I am putting this review on behalf of my father who has been with this GP for over 15 years and this service has only improved since. The new DR IQ has made our life so much easier, great service and the responses are so quick and the rare times we need to call the surgery the staff who answer the call are so helpful and are very nice. I cannot fault the surgery with the great service. You really make the NHS proud with the service you provide! Keep up the hard work and thank you from my family.

Great experience from Kings cross surgery yesterday, first time that i have felt listened to as an individual and willingness to help by reception staff. Will like to give special thanks to Sayed for helping me sort out a few issues with the mobile app and he answered all my questions without rushing me. This is the sort of service you want from a GP Practice!!
