Sales rep Geno Boles was great. My wife and I knew exactly the make, model and range of mileage we wanted in our search for a late model SUV. After listening to what we were looking for he took us to a Certified Pre-Owned Explorer that met our requirements. We left for a while to talk it over and check out some other dealers online. When we returned to make a counteroffer we were happy that we were able to quickly close the deal with Geno. The dealership worked well with our local financing that we had prearranged. We have a service appointment Tuesday to make some minor cosmetic repairs. We have no reason to think that won't go smoothly, too, so this five-star rating is made with that assumption. Great experience so far.

The first car he drove (picked by Q) is the one he ended up buying. Q saved us a lot of money with his attention to detail by catching a math error early in the process.
