Very chill, my partner and I met our friend for small bites and refreshments. He loved his chicken sandwich and my beets were delicious. There was a few kids running around and some posers doing what they so best, pose. It was a good visit overall.

This is an outdoor restaurant at the ACE Hotel and Swim Club. The food is simple but pretty good. The drinks are awesome like the pina colada or the mango margarita with chili powder around the rim. But the pool service has room for improvement. On Tuesday the pool chairs help empty but the waitress takes her time to go around taking orders. I don't understand this low service attitude because the drinks are 12 a price plus a 15% tip. The waitress can maximize profits for herself and the restaurant.
This place is all about ambiance. I wish I had taken some pictures. Outside dining was fantastic. Poolside at the classic Ace Hotel. I could have hung out all night there. So retro!
Inventive menu and a cool vibe, of course. Hate when "cool" restaurants have basic food - this is not that!
Dinner on the patio. Live fiddle and flamenco guitar was lovely! Short rib and cocktails were delicious. They are truly spacing tables 6’ apart and everyone wears their masks properly - something I haven’t seen anywhere else in Palm Springs. Gratitude to the King’s Highway and Ace Team for getting it right.
Folks, you can’t operate in today’s environment and provide service like this. Atrocious. I know the waitress who “helped” us tonight really doesn’t give a darn so I would strongly consider giving her what she wants, which is a new job. A menu at the Ace Hotel full of cheeseburgers and Caesar salad is not ringing the bell of culinary excellence. Try again.
Me and my wife had a nice time here. The drinks were great. My wife had the Avocado toast and it was to die for. The tomato's on the dish we thought were yellow tomatoes and once we realized that, the dish made more sense. I had the Kings Highway Breakfast. The eggs were a little oily for my liking. The potatoes were my favorite thing about this dish as they were not oily at all and had more of a roasted nature to them. The sausage had an aftertaste that seemed like they were cooked with an oil that I wasn't used to. The Acorn Squash lunch item was delicious, looked to both of us that it was made with both Zuchinni and Acorn Squash. If you arent accustomed to a Greek yogurt then this dish might not be for you. Overall the dining experience during the brunch hour was wonderful, laid back and easy going. All the staff was friendly and the patrons were respectful with their masks. I suggest this for breakfast/lunch for families and couples alike.
The food was pretty good, service was excellent, and felt 100% comfortable with their adherence to covid-guidelines and cdc recommendations.
