I've been to Free Your Body Therapy for both hip pain and a long standing neck pain. Both Jane and Terry are highly knowledgeable in their fields. They not only treat the symptoms but help you to unpick the potential cause of pain. Rather than relying on pain relief for my hip, Jane taught me an exercise to release my Psoas. I have had a range of treatments on my neck which have helped considerably. I would highly recommend!
