A good experience, considering have never brought a can online or from such a long distance without being able to test drive the car before hand. The communication was good, we where show a video of the car inside and out and the buying process over the Internet was very swift. The day of pick up the car was ready and all in order ready for our long drive home, all very professionally in these difficult times.

Vehicle dropped off, no hassle, was told what would be done, kept informed along the way. Vehicle had worked completed same day as stated and collected late afternoon. Well done.

They may offer outstanding customer service if you're in the 100K Vogue league but for us lesser mortals guddling around in the mire at the lower end of the spectrum expect to be treated like a second class citizen.

What you hear is true, once they have your money, they really don't care. Land Rover service is a joke, along with Inchcape Land Rover 2019 Evoque D180 - went in for balance shaft replacement at 12,000 miles. Received car back, very bad suspension knock from front left within a few miles of leaving the dealer - LR assist attend and do their best to diagnose on the driveway. Ends up going to Marshall Landrover to be investigated and they find loose suspension components on the front left. Car returned - suspension knock now evident from front right when cornering, potentially more loose suspension/steering components. Believe this knock was hidden by the more serious issue on the front left. My partner has been building and working on cars and bikes most of her life and it is quite frankly shocking that a potentially unsafe and unroadworthy vehicle can be allowed to leave the workshops of a main franchised dealer. To me it looks like unsafe work/repairs carried out and I expect more than fobbing off to LR assist. The first issue is bad enough - already confirmed loose suspension components (link rod was the description given) - the second is just icing on the cake. They couldn't be bothered to valet the car properly when we picked it up, forgot to debadge the car as requested, and when the rubber mats we ordered as specified came in tot he parts department (as they forgot to include them in the day), I was asked to pay for them!!! Pending the outcome of further investigations, I'll be looking at taking this further. A very unhappy LR customer #landroveruk
