I was recommended PAB mortgage services after a work colleague used them to assist with buying his first house. Our advisor was Luke. Both my wife and I were extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism he worked with. After a very brief meeting with Luke he was able to gain a decision in principal finding us a selection of proposed mortgages. After another brief meeting to discuss which deal suited our needs most the mortgage was set up and completed within a week or two. After completion we received a lovelly gift box from PAB Mortgages to thank for our business which we both felt was a very nice touch. Not only was Luke able to secure a much better deal on our mortgage but was able to find us life insurance and income protection insurance for a premium less than we previously paid for life Cover alone! Lukes professionalism shone through when he made contact to keep us up to date even when he was out of the country on his stag do. I cannot thank or recommend d the services of Luke or PAB Mortgages enough a d shall continue to share the amazing work they do with anyone.!
First class service, would definitely recommend using these guys to get the right deal for you rather than a high street generic mortgage. Made buying my house a breeze and now using them again to switch as my fixed rate has ended. Have recommended to friends and family and all satisfied with the service provided by Ryan and Phil
