Transferred here a year ago and don’t even know who my DR is. I feel very much like the practice is not accessible to me.

Excellent Doctors I have never had any issues regarding appointments with Doctors or other staff. Always clean and tidy. One time a patient was kicking off but the staff were professional at all times. I have recently moved house and had the opportunity to change doctors surgery's but I have decided to stay where I am because I have no reason to change.
A big thankyou to the staff at this practice who were caring enough to organise a prescription due to me running out of inhaler whilst visiting the town. Unlike previous surgeries I have visited they did not make a drama out of a crisis, nor was I dismissed by arrogant rude receptionists.
Not had many problems with the surgery. Dr Antonia is fantastic, treated my mum and me with respect. Main problem would be trying to get an appointment quickly.
Used to be the best surgery about when doctor Martin Sherwood Patel Chamberlain tasked etc where there. Gone down hill fast. Didn't bother to check emails so was waiting months for my back appointment. Would never have got it if I hadn't rang up. Complained by email and had no reply. Now they haven't sent my prescription for my blood thinning injections before I fly. Will now be changing to dersingham which is 10 times better
