Great service! We have just ordered one of their amazing fire pits ready for the Spring. Online ordering was easy and when I emailed about a socially-distanced collection, one of the KWF team said that they would drop it off to us on their way home. Good, old fashioned customer service at its best!

Cracking customer service and always happy to help! I’ve had a few niggling issues with my stove over the last few years and Kingsworthy foundry have always been responsive and happy to help. Beware, there’s a 99.9% chance that should you enter the store, you will be leaving with something you probably didn’t even know you needed but now can’t live without!

We decided to buy a burner and had no idea what would fit or be best. Rich and the staff were very helpful, they knew exactly what they are doing. Also used their recommended Builders to get the fireplace up to safety regs. Then we used the recommended installers that were very professional (sorry cant remember the companies names, Tony Neil). Now we have had nearly a months use of the burner and we love it. Its totally changed the feel of the whole house. Also the inside humidity has dropped by nearly 20% since using the fire. Very happy with the full installation service and communication with and between all 3 companies.

I simply can't say enough positive things about Kings Worthy foundry. They have put together a network of interconnecting businesses that take care of everything to do with having your stove fitted. Seemingly a parallel universe where everything is done in the best way possible for the minimum of fuss. I was so suckered in by the experience that (uniquely) i wasn't even looking to see how competitive the prices were. It turns out that for this level of service you also get a good deal, without having to try! We are delighted with the burner and after care and the whole thing has been a really positive experience. Thank you.
