Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. I contacted Avon Windows in spring 2019 about some replacement windows. They measured up and gave me a price. However, it took until October 2019 and numerous phone calls before they arrived to fit them. They then announced that they had been made the wrong size and would need to be reordered. That was a year ago and despite dozens of phone calls and left messages (they never answer the phone in person) they have failed to return any calls or return to fit the windows. Worse still, when they came last October, they took away an expensive roll of UV filter film which they were going to fit to the replacement windows. So I am now not only without my windows, but also out of pocket. Avon Windows I recommend avoiding at all cost.

Can I comment on Avon windows... I'm biased, i work here... In my opinion the best there is.... we take our time but it's always a tidy job

Not impresed. Wrong type of glass installed also left a mess, forgot to leave key for window. I was very surprised by the whole installation as initial contact and presentation was excelent. Unfortunatly I will not use again.
