Charged 15 for some tablets that are 9 everywhere else. Wouldnt care but two tablets should have been free as for under 16.

Absolutely appalling! Rung up because part of my order was missing, to be shouted at down the phone that is wasn't and I should check better next time! I have been checking my prescriptions every month for the past few years and I knew it was missing! I DO NOT EXPECT TO BE SHOUTED AT DOWN THE PHONE BECAUSE PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING! IT IS NOT MY FAULT!
