Look I'm as incompetent as the next man. But really Kingsford Property take incompetence to a whole new level. The staff are unprofessional liars. From office manager through to "officer in effective control", they're all terrible. Don't even get me started on the "consultant"

When our lease first started with Kingsford the shower was not in working order. We requested it to be fixed, the “landlord” was not happy with the price of the quote so would shop around. Eventually when we asked what was taking so long (via email) the director/officer in effective control called and blamed the lack of progress on our (now ex) property managers disability (she was vision impaired). Then we requested the bench be looked at as it was warping and staining. Again we were told the quotes where too expensive and to live with the deteriorating bench. Next up, water began flooding into the house through walls and light switches causing the house to lose power. After an inspection by the director/officer in effective control and another by a tradesman (whose quote was too high so they were looking around) 44 days passed and nothing had been done. With heavy rains due I told Kingsford Property I would organise my own repairs. Low and behold the gutters where fixed the very next day. Amazing considering they told me “it’s difficult to find tradesmen at this time of year”. Lastly upon moving out the director/officer in effective control told us that the neighbour was excited to see us leave, because he was sick of picking up beer bottles from his backyard and not being able to sleep due to noise. The neighbour did have a strange way of showing his disdain by thanking us (twice) and giving us a bottle of wine. By the end we of course found out the director/officer in effective control was infact the cheapskate landlord who refused to action or pay for repairs. When questioned would blame it on disabled enmployees and blatantly lie to try and discredited our character.

This company is the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. Nothing was fixed in a timely matter or without legal action. They spent as little as they could and tried to take as much as they could from bond. Lies and accusations were pathetic. I would never put anyone through dealing with Kingsford for any property.

I've had dealings with Petrula at Kingsford a while ago, and I'm not sure what the above guy is on about but she def not the 'ditzy blonde' she has short dark hair mate. I always found her to be prof, honest and never had a problem. Think the blond you are referring to Alicia- she was hopeless.
