After being let down by a different local engineer Mark was recommended. I rang him at night and he was round the following evening. He took me through my options and decided to buy a new machine. The machine was delivered at 5 and next day so rang mark who was just finishing for the day but squeezed me in and was round that night to install. Very pleased! Quick service and very competitive price.
