For the last year, AE doesn't have any of the sizes we need in the store, and they aren't even available to order online. We don't have unusual sizes..8-10 Long in women's and 36/32 and 36/30 in men's. Still, they are nearly always unavailable. Part of the trouble is at times they are on sale B1G1@50%, and we can only find one pair that's the right size, causing us to spend an hour looking and trying on, only to walk out not buying anything at all! Also, the past couple of times we've attempted to shop there, we have been stopped at the door and pressured into signing up for texts and emails, not to mention being followed through the store as the salespeople incessantly ask us if we need to try something on or need help finding something. Stop it! Just let us shop for some jeans in peace, for Pete's sake! I appreciate having a salesperson nearby so IF I NEED help I can ask, but I hate being approached and harassed. I'm about done with AE after my last few visits!

Some of the staff acts like they are too good to help you. I found what I wanted though without their help. I feel that i paid too much for it but it is something that I've been looking for everywhere so I was ok with it. Sale items are always a good deal. Can't wait for Black Friday.

I'm only giving one star because that's my only choice. I came in to return a pair of jeans that were a gift that were too big. I had explained in detail the situation before driving to either location. The only reason u went to Kingsport was because I had to pick up my son's prescription where he is sick near there. They treated us like we were trash. Both of them had a bad attitude if we had a question. This is why I'll always go to the Pinnacle store. They always make sure you are not only taken care of during your trip inside but also make sure you are happy before leaving the dressing room. I should have just waited.... Customer service at it's worst.

Shopped at Aerie for the wife, but had to check out from American Eagle. Customer service from Aerie was great, and nice about helping a sole guy in the store, but checkout took forever in American Eagle. Been waiting over ten minutes with several employees just standing around doing literally nothing. I wish they'd focus on helping waiting customers instead of standing here for this long.

Someone greeted us offering assistance as we walked in. We found very nice stylish summer clothes 60 % off and jean's buy one get one half off. The clothes are a little pricey.
