Great potential. The skate park looks pretty challenging and a nice playground. But doesn't look like anybody has mowed the grass our done any general upkeep in a while. I was disappointed kingsport would let this go like this

Pulled up here this morning and there were people sleeping on the floor in the mens restroom. Came back later in the day to shoot some hoops and the restroom was still in a deplorable condition. There is toilet paper with human feces all over it stacked 2 ft. High beside the toilet , not in it . If the health department is so worried about the spread of HEP A and other diseases , it seems like they would clean & sanitize these nasty public restrooms.

Nice skateboard park clean it would be nice to have drink machines and shade for the parents and grandparents to sit and watch kids five stars
Beautiful place to spend time. Environment was good.
