Work available bad hours. When it snows you work until it stops snowing. non stop hours rather then split into to groups and have two shifts 6 guys on 6 guys off then rotate every 6 or 12 hours instead of working until the snow stops falling 32 hours later. In my opinion anyways. Some people like it.
