Went in with my son to look for zipline parts. Jason went above and beyond to help us find the parts we needed. Excellent customer service! Thanks Jason. There was even complementary coffee and hot chocolate for us!
Went in looking for some hard to find metric long bolts. They didn't have them but Jason, who I dealt with, was able to think outside the box and offer me an alternative solution. Very impressed with the skill and service that is offered here. Highly recommend!!
Just had a great experience with the guys at Brafasco! I needed some non-corosive machine screws for my windsurfing equipment. Couldn't find them anywhere. The Brafasco team went above and beyond to special order the screws for me. When they arrived, they were exactly what I needed! These guys are experts, and provide amazing service for even small orders like mine! Great work guys!
I got what I needed but the guy working made me feel like I was an inconvenience even though the store had zero other customers. Also very expensive: 10 for a just few small screws. Unfortunately there is not really any other local alternative, so I probably will be back at some point, but I would avoid and just order from somewhere online if I knew what sizes I needed in advance.
