Overall seem to do an acceptable job with trash removal, snow removal along with keeping the city neat, orderly and spirited for routine and special events. Would be interested in knowing how the department rates in each ward and their ability to communicate with city residents specific to comparing their expectations of city residents with what should be expected of Kingston's department of Public Work.

They all need to go back to snow plowing school.all they do is drive down the middle of the road,never hitting the left or right sides by the curbs.my road is a complete mess everytime they're \Done\ plowing.its a joke!
