We hired Constructing Concepts to renovate our old and extremely basic basement and were absolutely delighted with the results. Their attention to detail produced work of a very high quality and Neil and his team were totally professional, reliable, friendly and helpful, which made them a pleasure to work with. We were so impressed with them that we hired them again more recently to add a custom made window for us while we were away on vacation. We came back to a beautiful window which looked as if it had always been there. We highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of working along side Neil and his crew for several years as their electrical contractor on a wide variety of projects. They always pulled the appropriate permits and insured projects were completed to code. I have since moved on to the inspection field and see dozens of sites daily. I can attest that they are at the top of their field. Constructing Concepts always finish their projects in a magazine photo shoot readiness. Neil and his crew completely finished our basement. Completely transforming the space into one of our favourite spaces in our home. He added a bedroom, a 4 piece bathroom, kids toy/work room, wet bar/kitchenette, additional living/sitting space with fireplace. During the renovation he was efficient in managing all the required sub-contractors and ensured our project stayed on time and on budget minimizing the stress on us and our family. He was also extremely attentive with our needs and patient with us throughout the project when we struggled with last minute design changes and/or decisions. Neil's employees were also very professional and were mindful of the fact we were living in the upper parts of the home during the renovation and kept the project neat and tidy throughout the process and ensured that the rest of our home was not impacted by any construction mess. Neil communicated with us throughout the project when minor changes were required and kept us informed throughout the process. Neil has an extremely high attention to detail and holds himself to a very high standard and it shows in his finished work. The finished product was everything we dreamed our basement to be. We had the pleasure of having Neil and his team renovate the second floor of a home we were buying a few years ago. They did the renovations while my sister's family (who we were buying the home from) were still living there so it would be ready when we took possession.
