At the end of August our cottage kitchen fridge stopped operating properly and we were forced to search the area of Picton, Trenton, Belleville for a replacement. The only place that was able to offer me an appropriate replacement fridge in the right colour with the desired specifications was FW Black in Kingston. Ashely, from sales, promptly found a refrigerator to meet our needs and made arrangements for the appliance to be delivered in a timely manner. The delivery team was able to arrive on a date and in a timeslot that was convenient for me . The fridge was exactly as described with all the amenities we were looking for. The delivery team was punctual, courteous, informative and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend FW Black to others who live or vacation in "the County".

Everything was amazing! Thank you for everything. We did a complete renovation on our summer home, and while building and renovation is difficult enough, but to do it immersed in the midst of a pandemic from another country brings special challenges. Your salespeople were very helpful in facilitating our appliance selections and delivery. They were able to work with our builder to get him measurements and other pertinent information. Your representatives were able to help smooth the path for us. We'll definitely use you for our future projects.

Just had eight appliances I ordered from FW Black delivered and installed. This was a wonderful experience overall: Lee Anderson was more than helpful with my list--going above and beyond to ensure both I had what I needed and could receive it quickly, even in COVID times. The delivery people were professional, personable and fast. I cannot recommend this store highly enough!

FW Black were a real life saver. Our fridge died good Friday. I emailed, got a reply on a day they were closed, call Saturday morning ordered over the phone had it delivered Tuesday. Friendly, courteous delivery people called before showing up and took great care of our floors and installation. The door was swapped and they removed our old fridge. Seamless service will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.

My 14 year old washing machine broke down on the weekend. Given the COVID lock-down, I had no idea how long I might have to wait. The repair person at FW Black confirmed what I suspected, that it did not make sense to try to repair the old machine. I had excellent sales service from Lee, who answered my questions professionally. Though initially it looked like I might have to wait 2 weeks for delivery, it was installed two days later!! The delivery men were excellent - fast, careful, professional. All round, an excellent experience. Will definitely shop FW Black again! (Dishwasher coming up!)

We worked with Lee to find a new washer and dryer set. He actually answered my email after business hours! He helped us find a set that was in stock and it was delivered quite quickly! The delivery guys were amazing! We actually had a birds nest in our old vent that we found when they webt to install the new ones and they were very patient while we removed it and then installed the new venting. I would 100% use them again! We also purchased a fridge last year and FW Black was able to find something in stock then for us as well. I am very picky when it comes to good customer service, and I would recommend these guys to ANYONE!

Purchased a washer dryer set during the Covid lock down. Sales person was very pleasant and informative. The prices were very competitive. The delivery was on time as planned. Installers were very courteous and professional. All in all it was a pleasant experience
