I called 8 local roofers for estimates on a new roof. 2 never responded. 2 responded but never came. 2 came to inspect the roof but did not provide an estimate. Matt Harris responded quickly to my call, inspected the job within 48 hours and provided a quote on the spot. His price was significantly better than the quote I received from competitor. Crew showed up when promised. Worked skillfully and professionally and finished the job (including clean up) in one day. I am very happy with the service provided by Harris Pro Roofing and will recommend them with confidence.

We are so happy with our new roof. The team was professional, prompt and their work is meticulous. Every time we called we got an answer, all of our questions were answered, they really went above and beyond our expectations.
Friendly and helpful at beginning 2 yrs ago when they did roof. Subsequent inspection found they did not clean up eaves which were full of nails. They were supposed to come by this Spring to clean up. Left 3 messages with Answering Service as well and no replies. What good is Warranty if you cant contact them? Finally has someone else come and do the clean up. Found several faults with Job such as not trimming overlapping Shingles as well as a half bucket of used nails. Also found half empty water bottle in Eaves. Had to apply Caulking in numerous areas that weren't fully covered

Called Harris Pro three days in a row now. The messaging service keeps telling me that he will call me back by the end of the day. After three days of calling, he has not called back. Clearly not reliable based on my experience and the reviews posted.

I was very pleased with the quote and hired this company to do the replacement. They were at my home ahead of the scheduled date because I had mentioned that we wanted to go on vacation. The crew arrived and I am so pleased with their work. The crew was very courteous , the job they did was excellent down to the yard cleanup after the work was done. I would 100% recommend Harris to anyone. A job well done, thanks. For sure they are a 4 star company.
