Literally one of the worst experiences show shopping. I've never seen so much incompetence in a manager (Jess) before. Lovely staff doesn't even come out from behind the counter to greet me. Cool. Their conversation and their phone is more important than their job. I came in to buy a few pairs of shoes, because mine had recently been destroyed by my brother's new puppy. Jess gave cold, one word answers and acted like I was a complete inconvenience to her that I was asking a couple questions about shoes and that she had to "do her job". You lost a faithful customer today and you're right in thinking that I will inform all my friends and family about my experience not only at the store, but with the MANAGER, Jess.

ive been standing in the store for about 10 minutes now and have yet to be greeted or asked if I need help finding something when I clearly need help. what wonderful staff you guys have just literally sitting behind the counter talking.

Journeys is the best place to buy shoes! Staff are so friendly and they treat you like a person before a customer. They've got shoes for literally all ages and are so helpful to everyone from toddlers to the elderly

I recently visited Journeys for the first time and my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. I believe the individual who served me was possibly management of some kind, she had blonde hair and black glasses. She was very welcoming, personable and created quite the unique experience for myself. The help and attention she gave me was almost overwhelming. She was very knowledgable about the Timberland products and provided me with useful information on how to keep my boots in good condition, which will help to save me money in the long run. I highly recommend checking this place out to anyone who is looking for staff who are friendly, attentive, unique and knowledgeable about shoes. Great service!

Not bad, picked up some Fila Disruptors for relatively cheap; the in-house ankle socks are legit the comfiest I've ever worn
