I just had my 3rd appointment with Dr. Nathaniel, I find him Friendly thorough and he explains the results in a clear straight forward way. I purchased two pair of glasses and found Hillary to do an excellent job, helping on my selection, taking the measurements and fitting them to me when they came in, l realized that I had forgotten to talk to them about a change I wanted on one pair, Hillary said, no problem we can make changes in the 1st 30 days. I picked up the replacement glasses today. A very satisfied customer.

Very disappointed. Bought my daughter glasses for Prom & University and decided to try K.O. The glasses arrived right on time which we were very happy however they never fit properly on her small face. After repeated attempts to get them adjusted by K.O. over a 2 month period they would not stay up on her nose. I asked K.O. If they stood behind their product and I was advised they are a small time independent business and they could send some nose stickers to her to try and that was all that they could do to assist us. I paid 700 plus dollars for these glasses and I was hoping these glasses would last my daughter for many years. My daughter cannot wear them which is very disappointing. I wanted to take a chance to comment on Dr. D's comments. I at no time have asked to return these glasses but only to have a pair of glasses that fit my daughter's face properly. The analogy about the wearing the shoes and returning is not correct. On at least 5-6 occasions over the last 8 weeks my daughter has returned to your business to have the glasses adjusted. This would not appear to me as completely satisfied. Like any other prosthetic device that needs a proper fit, it would stand to reason glasses are no different. As a parent of 3 children I cannot afford to spend more money on frames as you suggested during our call and take anymore risks with K.O.
