We have been enjoying our Coast Spa from Lakeside for a week now. We love the Spa but we also love the staff and service at Lakeside. I especially liked Chelsea who came to our home and gave us our Spa orientation. She was friendly, super knowledgeable and a great asset to the Lakeside Team!! Congrats on such an amazing local company and keep up the fantastic job Chelsea!

I just wanted to let everyone know that this is the kind of business that is lacking in the world today! I cannot believe how wonderful these people are and how caring and understanding they were to us during a very difficult time! My husband and I put a down payment on a spa and unfortunately there was a health issue to deal with, they were most gracious in helping us out when we were unsure if the spa was in the future for us? A big, big thank you to Gerry and the owner (so sorry cant remember his name) We will be back to buy a spa from them soon! Dana
We have been a customer of Lakeside Pools from day one. The only place in town to buy a spa. The service provided by Peter and his crew is outstanding.
Incredible service. Went in and purchased a refurbished spa after Lakeside was recommended to me by a family member, who purchased their swim spa from Lakeside. I have to say the staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Gerry made us an offer we couldn't refuse. He and Peter really went above and beyond for us and the young lady was very helpful showing us how everything worked. The delivery was arranged so quickly as well. They are even including a few extras for us. Bonus is they are a locally owned business selling Canadian spas! Highly recommended.
After looking around town for a hot tub I discovered the new vanishing edge spas at Lakeside Pools. I then purchased an amazing Coast Infinity Edge Spa from Lakeside Pools Kingston. Leslie, Peter and Shawn are amazing to deal with. Very friendly and always available to answer any questions. Very prompt service. We are now having a blast with the new Coast Horizon Spa. I highly recommend Coast Spas and Lakeside Pools Kingston.
