The staff was incredible. Matched the online price of an easel found on their sister website. I'm never disappointed with the staffs brainstorming with me when I'm looking for different materials.
Overall the store is nice but they sell out of things like yarn pretty fast. The staff is usually nice and will ask you what projects you’re working on which is fun! But once an employee actually yelled at me for checking the baskets that are under the shelves to see if there was more yarn options there. She yelled form the end of the aisle ‘If we have it it’s on the shelf!’ Which is something she could’ve said without raising her voice. Usually I have a good experience here though.
Staff is on edge (especially during Christmas time) which is understandable but if you can’t handle a simple question to help me locate what I came to the store for it doesn’t help the reputation of the store and I’m not recommending it to my peers... to be honest, I got what I was looking for PLUS better service at Winners/Home Sense.

Called the store before I came in, lady was absolutely hilarious and amazing, super friendly customer service, about 20 mins later I went in, had great sales and soooo many cool things. I would spend my entire pay check there if I could. Bought a paint by numbers, which usually take me about a day to complete because it’s something I love to do, so many options and super affordable. Was a lot larger than I expected for the price and it’s been two days and I’m only halfway done! Quality is amazing and the staff are absolutely wonderful. 10/10.
Really enjoy this store. It is clean, well organized and has friendly staff. Only downside is sometimes things are rather pricey, though often there is a coupon to help with this.
Sandy was incredibly helpful. Even before she got me a great deal! I'll be back.
