Murray and his team are amazing, their to help with any kind of information you may need, you feel welcome from the time you step in the door, the office is always neat and tidy, the service is amazing and the agents even more so, i would highly recomend Murray and the team to anyone looking for insurance in all forms. Ample parking, wheelchair accessible, and always the best service.

Do not do business with this office. I am transferring my accounts to another Desjardins agent in Kingston because of their incompetence and lack of professionalism, lack of integrity, and complete disregard for customers. It starts at the top and Murray Ferguson didn't correct a problem that was caused by Nicole Orser. I'll mention Amanda Rambie and Sean Wood as well, but primarily Nicole Orser. They demonstrate a complete lack of integrity in caring for their customers and cannot even complete a simple task that was actually initiated by Nicole. I explained in a detailed email and over the phone the problem with their agents to Murray Ferguson and of course he didn't assure the problem got resolved. I gave them a 2nd chance to correct the matter before I posted my review and escalated to the Complaint Liaison Officer, but it continues and I have all the documentation and bank, email, and phone details of this office's continued lack of care, errors, and poor service quality. I'm on the side of the customer, so please look to the several other Desjardins agents in Kingston to open your accounts with. All the other offices have much better reviews and you can see why this office has such poor reviews and a lack of good reviews. Stay far away from Murray Ferguson and save yourself the time, money, and energy. They take no responsibility for their mistakes and errors and just make excuses as to why something happened and why they couldn't fix a simple problem caused by them. Absolutely disgraceful, unprofessional, and shameful. Please contact me and I can share my experience in detail. I am also escalating my issue to the Complaint Liaison Officer for Certas Home and Auto with names and detailed documentation.

Over more than thirty years I have enjoyed dealing with Murray and his staff. They are thoughtful and efficient. I didn't like the switch to from State Farm to Desjardines but decided to stick with the local broker as it offers much convenience in dealing with the insurance company in case of a claim. I tried to find better rates but with no success. A friend of mine switched to Murray's office and benefited greatly.

Great place if you like to pay highest rates that go up every year. So if you love to get lied to and pay more then this is the right place for you. If your looking for low rates and a honest company that's in it for you not just your money then please keep on looking. One star is too generous for this company and location
