Couldn't have asked for a better experience and customer service than what i received here at Paul Randolph...After no luck and poor customer service experiences in Toronto, I looked to my former hometown and reached out to P.R... After speaking with Brian and Jeff, they helped me locate my ideal stone within 3 hours of my picture references.. The teams' attentiveness to phone and email discussions on design ideas, as well as their interpretation on renderings and assistance throughout the creation process was incredibly positive and reassuring. Even though we had never met in person due to distance and COVID, we managed to execute a flawless ring virtually and they had it shipped to me overnight seamlessly in a short time period after.. P.R. has been deeply rooted in the Kingston market for many decades, and will continue to be with their excellent quality and customer service. I highly recommend this business and look forward to working with them again.

My husband and I give Paul-Randolph Jewellers our highest recommendation! We love this family owned business! Our jeweller who created my custom engagement ring & band retired. When we moved from Alberta, we began looking for a company who can care for our rings. We got in contact with Paul-Randolph Jewellers and they were so kind and helpful right from our first conversation! I am clumsy and often get my ring caught in things such as my jacket. This resulted in the loss of a diamond in one of the prongs which holds the centre diamonds. They took such good care of our rings, ensuring that it looks good as new! We were also given tips on how to best care for our rings and were provided with a ring care package, free of cost. We did not once feel pressured to go with this company. We are so thankful for Paul-Randolph Jewellers and give our highest recommendation!

Came here to help a friend look for an anniversary gift, left planning for a graduation present. We spoke to Jeff and we were pleased with how patient he was and how willing he was to really cater to what we specifically wanted. I think the main selling point here is that they custom-design and make pieces unlike any other jeweler, and involve you in the process concerning which specific stones (all natural, all unique) you want and what goals and price points you want.
