I've frequented the store over the last year or so and never had an issue. The whole team exudes good vibes, and are always eager to help and support you insofar as they are able. Shawn especially went above and beyond to accommodate me on my last visit when there was a shipping issue with my contacts. Thank you!

Amazing customer service!
I was just passing through town and stopped in because my glasses were so loose they were slipping off of my face. They were so helpful, friendly, and efficient. A nice lady fixed my glasses quickly, and I was good to go.
