Excellent site, very happy with the service. They have a messaging service which allows you to DM the landlords and schedule showings which was really nice while apartment hunting. You can also schedule to pay your rent through the site which is nice since I usually forget. 5/5 would recommend

As an international student, this website was really helpful to avoid scams and find an affordable place while studying at Queens in Kingston--specially when you are not from the area. Very straightforward and user-friendly platform.
I extremely recommend this website to students. It's far better than Craigslist, Kijiji and all the other websites.
