We had a problem at this store with our flooring because of a mistake made my a young man in the flooring department. I would be leaving a negative review right now except for that when we went in today to explain our negative experience we had had with their store, the manager, Doug, really helped us out and made sure we left happy customers. He listened to the entire story my mum told about her experience the last few weeks dealing with their flooring department, and he genuinely wanted to help to make things right. Sometimes a little mistake can turn into a big enough problem that you never want to revisit the store and they lose your business forever. In this instance, Doug made sure we were satisfied and we will be returning to Roma, in particular this location, in the future.
