On a Urgent need to get my roof repaired :They politely said NO! to the repairs, too busy! The home owner is venerable after a windstorm when he has lost a shingle or two and seeking urgent repairs. I have no choice but to rate it one star from their disappointing response leaving me no opportunity. It definitely makes a hugh impact in decision making if I will ever consider hiring this company in the future.
Had one wind damaged shingle and needed it repaired. Monty was here within a couple of hours - exactly as he told us on the phone. Fixed the shingle, checked the roof and told us it was in good shape for another 5 years. Great service and honesty! Both rare these days. P
