We had them do our corporate taxes this year and I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the service provided. I own a bookkeeping firm and do some personal and corporate tax work myself. While one would think that would give me a leg up when working with accountants, I generally get the worst service because I \understand the pressure they are under\, so they take short cuts on my work or leave it to the very last minute. Often both. Not only did the team at Kingston Ross start working on our T2's as soon as I gave them access to our bookkeeping, but they answered any questions I had along the way. They were very communicative and took the time to explain the reasons why some of their calculations differed from my own. Most importantly, my T2's were filed on time, with the correct values in them. I have honestly never been happier working with an accountant on my corporate taxes and am looking forward to referring clients to them. If you are looking for a team of accountants that are professional and will do an excellent job, look no further. And if you don't live in Edmonton, you should still consider KRP for your work, I live in Vancouver, BC and all of our work was done via email and secure document portal.
