I am so impressed with \Kristal with a K\ and I hope I have her name correct. I purchased shoes there that were not the right fit and she was so very kind and helpful. Kris remained positive with serving me ( I tried on a few pairs of shoes) as well as serving others so kindly. She also kept very aware of what was happening with number of people and even let all of us know that it was getting close to full count with covid rules in a very nice way. Can't say enough how pleased I was with the service! Thank you very much and I hope these shoes will work for me! :-)

I like the Running Room. The quality is there. The prices are on the high side, but they do have sales.
Just had a great experience picking out new running shoes. Great staff, helpful and knowledgeable.
Went in for the first time today, probably the best service I've ever recieved as far as shoes goes. The gentlemen that helped me was very kind and after listening to what I was looking for, he set me up with the perfect shoe. Can't recommend this place enough.
