Salti yoga is a warm friendly studio with peaceful vibes. The staff is really great and helpful. The studio also offer 49 intro pass, which I think is fantastic! I travel a lot for work. I have had the opportunity to practice yoga globally and attend many studios. Salti yoga is my new favorite haven and I’m so grateful to find this little studio in my home town. \u200d️

I started out with an intro month in the summer after doing mostly home practice and have loved it at Salti ever since. The instructors are awesome and they bring a really dynamic feel to all of the classes. I find something new almost every time and even ventured into the aerial classes which have been really fun. The space has a nice aesthetic that makes it really relaxed. Highly recommend
Love this studio and the environment overall. Staff very friendly and welcoming. They answered all my questions and ensured I would have the best experience for my intro month. Many classes to choose from and at good times that can accommodate for my work schedule. Coming back for more classes afterwards for sure. Highly recommend this place.
