Unable to locate the leak in our Rheem air conditioner unit, T. Sandefur suggested we could try a product that could stop the leak, but he didn't have it with him and would have to charge a second service call charge to go back to his shop to get it. We had explained that we probably had a leak prior to making the appointment and even discussed the product that could stop the leak. So why didn't he bring it?
