This was my first time at Symphony Spa, what an amazing experience with Natasha. The spa was clean, inviting and professional. Natasha asked me my preferences and delivered a phenomenal massage and facial, she discussed other services that would benefit me in the future and paid attention to details to share with me at the end of the appointment. I will definitely book again. Thank you!

This was my first time at Symphony Spa and Yoga and I was far from disappointed with the service I received from Kayla in the hair studio. She cut and coloured my hair just the way I had wanted it to look. The place was clean and maintained, very friendly front desk that made me feel very welcomed as soon as I walked through the door. Refreshments offered while waiting and getting my hair done. It was all lovely and I look forward to experiencing more to what they have to offer!
I visited the spa yesterday to get my makeup done for graduation photos. Kayla was friendly, worked quickly, and is clearly very knowledgeable about her craft. She did airbrush makeup for my foundation, so it looked flawless in the photos, and a subtle rusty-red eyeshadow. Looked beautiful and I felt like a princess. Will definitely be coming here again.
I had a great time there, the employees were super nice and polite. The covid protocols were really helpful to people visiting the spa. I had my balayage and hair cut done by Cody, he was such an awesome person, had good suggestions on the hair colour and it came out really beautiful. He was doing everything just like the way I wanted, with so much dedication and making it so perfectly. I was so impressed with the service. Also I had a service with Angela, she is also very knowledgeable, friendly and nice lady. She did my eyebrows exactly the same way what I told her or better than what I told to do. I would strongly recommend this place and will definitely visit next time.
My partner and I have had a few “couple massages” at different locations but this one far exceeded our expectations. Staff are friendly and massages were done to our liking (time taken, preference on how much pressure etc). The room was lovely with the fireplace and background music. We were instantly relaxed. The champagne at the end is a nice touch. We will definitely recommend. Thanks!
