Tanya has been a pleasure to work with in my real estate journey, which was to sell my home and purchase a new one. Within hours of our first meeting, she had prepared a comprehensive market assessment of my property and set me with up with an online collaboration center designed to automatically show new listings according to what I described to her what my goals were for a new home. This alone made it much less stressful and a time saver to find my new home. She was there every step of the way for me to solve any issues that arose along the way. My partner and I recently worked with Tanya. We had worked with another agent previously and the experience with Tanya was 2nd to none! I had initially reached out to Tanya inquiring about a property she had listed, unfortunately the property was sold, she immediately asked what we were looking for, set us up with the email updates, as soon as we found something we liked, we sent it to her, the showings were arranged almost immediately. At the showings she was attentive, had knowledge of the houses and pointed out things that we never would have noticed. She is very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.
