Since they have become Desjardins our opinion has completely changed. If it wasn’t for a couple of front staff members in the office we would have given you 1 star. My husband was accident free for 40 years and was involved in a no fault accident. They replaced his glasses. Desjardins was just taking over and did not honour or grandfather in the 1 accident free clause. His car insurance rate skyrocketed. “Great” recognition of a long time, accident free client.
