The easy to follow signs make it super easy to get in find what you need and get out. They have great product selection at great prices, big thanks to the person in flooring for helping make sure i had everything I needed for this project.

My wife Sandra of 43 years left me today.Home Depot will always be there for me. Good quality lumber at a low price. Will be useful for renovating the shed once I move in there. Ladies I am now single

Online order for curb side pickup and when arrived and checked in, waited 20 minutes and no one came. Went into store to customer service desk and apparently no one was checking the box. Waited another 10 minutes to have order brought around and it looked like product was thrown on cart and some items were damaged. Question I had was deferred to the work area staff. Waited another 15 minutes and no one showed up. More than happy to wait my turn but COVID is no excuse for lack of care in handling product and lack of customer service. 45 minutes and I walked out the door empty handed. So frustrating

Not very happy with the service we received, or should I say the lack of service we received! We have spent money here for years, we bought a door lock set here a few years ago, it broke and it's a Weiss with a lifetime warranty, we returned it and it was replaced no questions asked after two years, it has since broken again, literally fallen to pieces, and I took it in, and they won't do a thing for me now. A customer who continuously comes back and buys from them for home repairs, appliances, etc etc.... But nope, I had to go to Canadian Tire and give them some business this time cause why would I buy another one from you? I guess Lowe's and Rona will be getting our home improvement business from now on unless you'd like to make this right, because I'd still like this lock set replaced! Update 1 week later... Home Depot owner reached out online, not sure if it was at this store level or not, but the matter was made right and we are satisfied with the prompt service provided by JS. Thank you.
