Just wanted to say thanks to Giorgia/Giorgina (I hope I got that right). She was extremely helpful and lovely. Even more so , she was the one that offered to help. I really hope she gets this as she definitely took the extra step into making sure I was happy with my shopping and had a good experience. We need to give credit where due and she really deserves it.

Should not be open whilst we’re in a pandemic. WAY too many people in the shop, couldn’t even turn around without hitting someone. Not ONE member of staff wore a face mask... Disgusting, walked straight out as soon as we realised how unsafe this was.
