22 years ago we were told Wok In was one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the city. We thought so then, and after our recent visit today, nothing has changed! The food is fresh, full of flavour and you get a great portion size, The red and green curry dishes were fantastic as was the Pad Thai. During COVID, best way to order is to go to the restaurant, order in person, then return to pick up it hot and fresh.

One of Kingston's hidden gems! Wok-In has a small storefront but has the best Thai/Cambodian food in town. The owners are so sweet & their portions are big! Very fair pricing but limited seating
An absolute hidden gem. Do not be dissuaded by the outside, Wok-In really is that good. Portions are massive, the food is absolutely delicious and SO flavorful, and the owners are the kindest people around. This is exactly the kind of restaurant I try once and want to keep supporting. My favorites are #1, #8, and the spring rolls, but I have so much more to try.
We travel to Vietnam and Cambodia frequently and the food here is the best. It’s a small place - 5 tables - and everything is made to order. The quality and consistency are unbeatable. There are a few Thai, a few Vietnamese and a few Cambodian dishes. All are perfectly made with nuanced flavours. My favourite is no. 13, Country chicken but I’ve never had anything I didn’t love. Don’t miss this place.

As the name suggests "wok in" is a place you need to walk in to. They are a two person crew and do not answer phones. So you walk in you order and you wait. If you can get past that, you will be rewarded with the best curry, pad thai and spring rolls! My personal favorite restaurant. A real gem.
