I love my Dekko firepit! Fantastic buying experience start to finish. We were torn between 2 models and colour of concrete. Our sales rep (Bryann) was very helpful in providing guidance on which model suited our patio layout best and even couriered samples of the concrete colours to assist with our selection. We purchased the Bravo in Limestone. Again, we couldn't be happier with Dekko!

We got the table top as well so we can use the fire pit during the day which is nice for our kids. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. Can't say enough good things about Dekko!

Great customer service during sale, but really disappointing follow through. Expensive delivery, and don’t inform us they wouldn’t deliver into our yard. We had the 400lbs. fire table left in our driveway in the rain with no way for my wife and I to get it into place.

Used this product for the first time recently and it worked out great. My only complaint is the tubes of caulking. After you release the pressure on the caulking gun the caulking still oozes out and it will continue to do so until it has dried up a bit. Other than that I was quite happy with the product and the finish.

I can’t say enough good things about this company!! They went above and beyond for us, and we are absolutely thrilled with their work. When I contacted Bryann, about a small home project, she was incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions (we had a lot). I’m very impressed with how attentive she was considering our order was so small. I can’t wait to do another project using the Dekko cladding. It’s absolutely gorgeous!
