Been here a year and have had no complaints, very friendly staff

Joined the gym in the last week of August. I told them I wanted the membership only for a month. They put that in the notes and told me it will be taken care of and the one month notice will be. Waived because I informed earlier. On the 28th of August I went to the front desk to make sure it was cancelled. I was informed that the services could not be cancelled because my card was charged already and they would talk to the manager about it for a possible refund. I had visited the facility 5 times ever since this happened but I had never met the manager. They kept telling me that the manager will call me the next day which he did not. Finally today when I went to the gym for the same issue they contacted the manager over the phone and he informed me that there is no way he would give me a refund. He is charging me for services that I am not using. NEVER TRUST WHAT THEY SAY. THEY DONT KEEP THEIR WORD. WORST EXPERIENCE.
It says open 24 hours but my husband and I were gym shopping and it was locked even though we saw people working out inside. We also called and no one answered. Oh well.
Great gym , the new location is great . Clean , more space , plenty of machines, weights, etc
