Great service. Explained what I wanted, they told me what they had and the costs. No pushy sales. Provided flexible appointment options for installation, followed by useful texts to summarise quote and appointments. Installer was punctual and tidy. Also took time to explain what the installation process involved and gave me a chance to query it and discuss preferences. Finished off with great explanation of how system works and how to use it. Overall excellent end to end service.

I had an additional camera fitted to my CCTV. Nicola was quick to respond via email, very helpful and informative. Callum called on the morning to confirm a time of which was spot on which made it more convenient. He was extremely professional, explained in detail my options and exactly what he was going to do. I was also very impressed with the attention to detail when inside my house like dust sheets, shoes off, and hoovering up on completion. Overall I was super impressed with the service and would definitely use them again, huge kudos and many thanks
From the first contact with Nicola ,who straight away advised me on what requirements I needed to upgrade my system, to the Engineer Paul who carried out the work , the whole service was extremely good. A no time did we feel pressured into agreeing with anything that they suggested but at the same time we felt confident that the recommendations were beneficial for our needs . The date and time of fitting was agreed to suit us and was completed thoroughly and professionally . We would have no hesitation in recommending this company at all . Excellent
