Sorry to say I did not enjoy the service! Order was called in and had to call back because I was put on hold, no one ever came back to phone. I called back and was able to place order. Wait time was more than 10 minutes to get my order. Not a soul was wearing a mask (in) the restaurant! The chicken in the order was as if it was cooked yesterday and warm up with warm dressing. Very hard! Could not even finish eating it. A waste of money! Will toss it.....

The team at ECW Kinston NC is very friendly and nice. I love the wings, and the restaurant is very clean. I have been many times and never had a bad experience.
My experience here was fantastic! The waitress, Maine, was extremely attentive and kind. The food was hot and arrived quickly. I might’ve found my new, favorite wing spot!
Good wings, great sauce and appetizer fried green beans were delish. Ordered for carryout and food was made within 20 minutes, as instructed (picky eaters at home)and friendly service. Plenty of space inside for dine in as well. Try them out, this location did not disappoint.
Food was great. Waitress was good. We had a large crowd that spent alot of money and was having a good time when one of the staff members came to our section and turned all the TVs off. Only place in the restaurant. Very rude.
we waited for food for a hour and when they brought it out it was the wrong order. so they had to take it back and spend more time making it again. terrible. also the waiters seemed absolutely clueless.
I've had better but they were okay, the service was great tho!
I went in there to place an order for takeout and I got it pretty quickly considering the woman the took my order was also serving others and was doing it all be herself. I had a sizable order and it only took 15-20 minutes they had the stickers in the floor to let you know to stand 6 feet apart and it was an overall good experience.
