Very inexperienced piano movers. Did not haul my piano on a professional piano board. Complained about lifting the piano when they rolled it up a ramp 14 inches. 40 feet to the front door and straight into my house. The son even made a snarky remark asking if I was ready to move the piano myself. I've moved pianos 14 times and never experienced such rude behavior
