Kundenbetreuung ist zum kotzen! JEDES mal, wenn ich in diesem Geschäft einkaufen will, kommt es mir so vor als würden die Angestellten vor Kunden wecklaufen. Wenn man etwas bestimmtes alleine nicht findet hat man Pech gehabt, ausser man stolpert rein zufällig über einen Verkäufer oder verbringt eine Ewigkeit mit der Suche nach einer Menschenseele die dort arbeitet. Ich weiß vonn ALLEN, die ich kenne, dass sie dasselbe sagen.
