Kiri Farms is a nice farm located in Takeo (in the south). We can visit the farm and they will be pleased to answer our question. The long pepper they are growing is pesticide free and the taste is very good. The farm is suronded by the moutains and by rice plantation. It's a really nice area to visit.

So we found a small bar in Phnom Penh called coin cafe. We met one of the guys from kiri farms. He introduced us to the long pepper which I had never heard of. The stir fry with the green pepper was delicious. Peppery but mild at the same time. If only we had the time to visit the farm.
