I have never been moved to write a review before. This vet was more responsive, thoughtful, caring, and professional than any of the other emergency vets in the area. They saw my sixteen year old companion kitty quickly, kept us very informed and share our options is an easy to understand way. I will go to them with all my emergency vet needs. You cannot do better.

Really great service. I had an emergency - My mouse had been getting treated at a local exotic clinic. But she was only getting worse and I called these guys and they got me in and were way cheaper than my exotic clinic quote for an emergency euthanasia.. RIP Katie Bear

Dr. Angell and the AES team were great with my new puppy who had an eye infection. The staff is incredibly warm and friendly. They kept me updated the whole time, which is understandably a challenge during Covid where you would otherwise get face-to-face time with a vet. The visit

My dog had an infection on her spay incision on Thanksgiving night and was on a lot of pain and we needed to take her to an emergency clinic. We went to AES and she got treated by an amazing and very helpful staff. She recovered really well after antibiotics were given to her and now she is doing great! We are thankful for all the great help during Thanksgiving night

ER Visit Monday (MLK Holiday night) 01/20/2020, Approximately 10pm Context: Our 8 month old puppy ran through a thorn bush which resulted in a 1 inch laceration on his left ear. There was no wait. We got into a room immediately and within 30 minutes, the nurse came to get him and bandaged him up and placed him in a cone to stop it from bleeding temporarily. There was currently another pet that came before us for an emergency. We waited for another 30 minutes for the nurse to come back and take an evaluation of his history in the room. They said he might need stitches because at this point he managed to shake the bandage off. We waited another 30 minutes and the doctor explained vitals and confirmed that our puppy needed stitches. Another 30 minutes passed and they took him to the operating room. ***reason for a 3 star**** : Costs: With tax 1,013 for stitches, cone, sedation, tramadol, ibuprofen and antibiotics.... *** Cleanliness: 10/10 lobby was neat and the room we were in was spotless. Amenities: Keurig machine, crackers, candies and refreshments. Treats available in each room along with wipes. Staff: Very friendly and calm throughout. The nurses and doctors explained the procedure well. The front desk lady offered me a magic scrub for me to bring home because we told her our house looks like a murder scene from all the blood!
