Was rejected services for my 11 year old because I had a 18month old with me. I own multiple business as well and to be told to take away a baby who is under 2 years old or allow My 11 year old to be seen alone is ridiculous. Definitely not coming back.

Visited twice. Doctors made the judgement by just taking a look of my skin. Treatment not working at all. The second visit they asked me how I want to treat it from their proposal which I have no idea exactly what they are and risk. Apparently they don’t have enough experience with patients.

I visited Dr Strother for the first time a few months ago. The overall experience was great. The help desk was very welcoming and the wait time was a few minutes. First an associate interviewed me with a list of questions. She seemed in a little rush and never showed her smile even after I tried to cheer her up but that was fine, didn't bother me. Next the Dr came in. He was very clear and answered all the questions. Treatments were explained and asked me to visit him next time in 2 months. As far as the remedies, I had two skin concerns. One seems to be going well and I do see improvements the other one not so much. I'll update again after my next visit.
