I was given a defective kit. It was old and did not work. I called just trying to find out if they had a newer kit. They were unsure if that had any kits left. I love Dr. Parks there but their service is terrible. Now I see why they have such low ratings. I will pay more attention next time. Dr. Parks needs to work with a clinic that can match his excellent service.
Both my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Su for years. He has a very pragmatic approach and is focused on improving our sleep and overall health. I would definitely recommend Dr. Su.
If you can get ahold of them, they're fine. But, I never get to talk to a person when I call. I always have to leave a message which I've never had returned in their stated timeframe. Also, they have supposedly sent me emails that I've never gotten, even after verify that they have the right one. The doctors and technicians are great, though. I get great care - if I can get in touch with someone.
Avoid this place if you can!!!! My family member went to see it last year and the doctor suggested him get a CPAP without any other alternate solution. It turned out that it did not work out. I have tried to reach the phone line for billing over months but nobody ever answered nor replied my voicemail. Since it's COVID pandemic, I was afraid to go near the hospital and stayed at home. Finally, I tried all extensions and I was lucky to talk to the medical assistant on the phone one day and she told me to return it. I brought it back last month and the front desk told me the line for billing stopped working for months so that was the reason why nobody responded. After going back and forth and tried to figure it out the billing, the clinic administrator nearly impossible to reach and the clinic refused to accept any responsibility. You might want to consider other clinics if you are seeking treatment. Update 10/14/2020: The patient relations reached to us and tried to help. Again, they had the same administrator to contact us but it's impossible to get a hold of her. They told me the phone system was down earlier and it was exact the same reason why I could not contact them 6-8 months ago and they never apologized. They made a refund for one month payment in check but sent one month payment to the collector without notifying us. This place is very disorganized and be aware!!!
